In September 2021 I went to Paris again to see the temporary art installation by artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude where the Arc de Triomphe in Paris was wrapped in a silver-blue fabric with red rope. The whole atmosphere around the wrapped Arc de Triomphe was so quiet and intense, because obviously everyone was so impressed, if not overwhelmed. So was I.
The next day I met Cherrelle again and we went to the new Fondation Louis Vuitton which was another highlight. The building by Frank Ghery alone is amazing, though the exhibition was great too. And a short stop at the Tour Eiffel at the end of my trip was a must.
